George Joseph

George Joseph is the Assistant Project Manager, responsible for providing support to the Construction team in all aspects of project management. Prior to joining Greystar, George had 18 years of experience in the fields of Preconstruction/Estimating, Subcontract Coordination, Project Administration, and Sports Facilities Management. He has worked in the multi-family market sector with Clark Builders Group and James G Davis Construction Corporation, where he was integral to the successful completion of several construction projects in the DC/Virginia/Maryland area. Internationally, George was a Lead Engineer at Aspire Zone Foundation in Qatar where he played a major role in the Facilities Management of Sports City and FIFA World Cup venues. George graduated from Penn State University with a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering, emphasis on International Construction Management.
